Magnetic Products Inc. (MPI), a worldwide provider of both magnetic and nonmagnetic material handling solutions, has added Mark Shaffer to its growing sales team as regional sales manager for the western U.S. and Canada.
Shaffer brings more than 30 years of industrial sales experience with a number of manufacturing companies where he grew accounts, provided technical support, and managed sales representatives. Most recently, Shaffer served as a key account manager for a global provider of industrial cleaning, automation, and filtration solutions in Wixom, MI. In his new role, Shaffer will have sales responsibility for the entire MPI product line throughout the western U.S. and Canada.

“We are very pleased that Mark is joining MPI,” said Keith Rhodes, president, MPI. “His proven track record of growing sales and providing excellent customer service, combined with his energy and enthusiasm, will contribute to our company’s growth. Mark understands our customers and knows exactly how to put their needs first.”

“I look forward to working with the MPI team," said Shaffer. “For a company to succeed, it needs quality people, innovative ideas, and a lot of concentrated effort. MPI has all of these key ingredients.”
