Charlie Ingram, Eriez vice president of sales and marketing, announces the promotion of Xinkai Jiang, Ph.D., to the new position of manager-process engineering.
Jiang joined the Eriez team 10 years ago as a research engineer in research & development and was later promoted to project engineer. In 2014, he transferred to the sales department to work in Eriez’ minerals and materials processing group. Jiang has earned three different master’s degrees and also holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky.
“Xinkai has a proven track record of success in developing products and managing projects for recycling and minerals processing industries,” said Jose Marin, director-minerals and materials processing. “He excels at selecting equipment for new and challenging applications. Xinkai’s hard work and dedication to Eriez is evident in everything he does.”
Eriez offers magnetic lift and separation, metal detection, materials feeding, screening, conveying, and controlling equipment that has application in the process, metalworking, packaging, plastics, rubber, recycling, mining, aggregate, and textile industries. Eriez manufactures and markets these products through 12 international facilities located on six continents.
