Bulk Bag Filler 386

The BagPak AD automatic-ejection bulk bagger filler has been redesigned to accommodate the new palletless bag designs. This unit incorporates simple air bladders to lift the heavy-duty mesh conveyor and drive the full bag to the accumulation conveyor. Densification is accomplished via the same air bladders with quick-dump valves to create a thumping/dumping action on the bag. This type of densification has proven to be more effective than traditional high-frequency vibration for most materials. Additional automation can be achieved via mechanical indexing arm for fast loading of bags, auto-powered size change, and pallet feeder.
