On Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 2:00 pm Eastern, Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems will host a free, online educational seminar on the basic principles of mixing and blending dry powders using a variety of batch and continuous mixing technologies. This webinar will explore the fundamental benefits and limitations of screw mixers, ribbon blenders, paddle mixing, high- versus low-shear applications, tumble blenders, and other devices used for mixing applications. 

It is important to select the appropriate mixing device with regard to providing a homogeneous mix with a high degree of mixing accuracy. This selection is appropriate in either pre-processing or in post-processing applications to ensure that the desired results of the next operation is achieved.
