The Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) reported that its June 2015 booked orders decreased 16.2% when compared to June 2014 orders and 15.8% when compared to May 2015.
June booked orders were up 3.5% for Bulk Handling Equipment and down 24.4% for Unit Handling Equipment when compared to May.
CEMA’s June 2015 billed sales (shipments) increased by 3.1% when compared to June 2014 sales.
June 2015 billed sales when compared to May 2015 billed sales were up 4.1%.
June billed sales were up 4.9% for Bulk Handling Equipment and up 3.9% for Unit Handling Equipment when compared to May.
