Powder Flow Pro v1.2 Automated Software

This automated software controls Brookfield’s Powder Flow Tester (PFT), which provides quick and easy analysis of powder flow behavior during industrial processing. The software displays and compares data from standard and small shear cell tests on a single graph to show how powders will respond in small bins with low consolidated stress and in large bins with high consolidated stress. Normalized flow function test predicts when material bridging or arching may occur and modifies the manufacturing process or hopper design to avoid these problems.
