About $39 million used during the second phase of the project to add two additional cook lines. During the third phase, John Soules will spend $22 million to add a fifth cook line at the site.
About 500 full-time workers will be hired during the three phases. Work on the site is projected to last about 13 months. John Soules projects that the facility will become operational by next summer.
