American food company Kraft Heinz is injecting £140 million, or about $199 million, in an expansion its manufacturing facility in Kitt Green, England that will boost the site’s capacity for ketchup, mayonnaise and salad cream products, UK and international news organizations reported Tuesday.

The project represents Kraft’s largest investment in an expansion outside of the firm’s US footprint in more than two decades, according to Reuters. 1.3 million cans of products are currently manufactured at the site each year.

Kraft intends to upgrade equipment and technology at the Kitt Green site and create up to 50 new jobs during the expansion, coverage by BBC said. The plant will continue to produce baked beans, pasta, and soups.

“The Kraft Heinz investment is a vote of confidence in the UK economy from a major US firm and a boost that will mean jobs and growth for the local economy,” UK Minister for Investment Gerry Grimstone said in a statement printed by Sky News.

The Kitt Green plant is located near Wigan.
