Fluid Bed Seminar Offered by Applied Chemical Technology

Applied Chemical Technology Inc. (ACT) is offering its 2013 Fluid Bed Seminar on August 27-28, 2013.

A general overview of agglomerating, coating, and drying in a fluid bed will be covered. This seminar will present the principles of fluidization, air flow, pressure drop, entrainment, dust collection, spray rates, and nozzle configurations. Each principle will be discussed in theory and demonstrated in ACT's laboratory. During demonstrations, participants will obtain hands-on experience with ACT's 100N, 300N, and PG-100 fluid beds.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded for attendance in this seminar.
