Bühler Aeroglide, a global leader in thermal process engineering and technology for food, feed, and industrial materials, announces the addition of sales veteran Paul McKeithan to its senior management team. Named vice president of sales, McKeithan is now responsible for driving the development of global sales strategies that will expand customer acquisitions and increase revenue goals.

With more than 16 years of experience with Bühler Aeroglide, McKeithan will maintain key customer relationships, while developing new approaches for expanding the company into emerging territories, channels, and markets. Managing the overall sales process, McKeithan will establish metrics for sales management and work closely with market managers worldwide to develop and direct distribution strategies and programs.

"Paul brings a set of skills and experience perfectly aligned with opportunities in today's marketplace," said Bühler Aeroglide president and CEO Hans-Joerg Ill. "Paul is known for consistently reliable customer service and sustained relationships. He also has a proven ability to integrate the company's strengths in product innovation with strategies that achieve market share and increase margin levels."

McKeithan's customer and market knowledge stems from a variety of positions within Bühler Aeroglide that began with an engineering internship in 1996 after receiving a mechanical engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Since then, McKeithan has lead business development and sales activities on a global basis representing approximately $50 million in annual sales. He's managed sales and export managers in the food and feed market sectors, ensuring technical and professional development, while coordinating activities with a network of parent company sales representatives, agents, and manufacturing representatives. McKeithan also developed Bühler Aeroglide's first standard product package and coordinated a global launch to its sales and service platform, an area of the company currently poised for growth.

"Bühler Aeroglide is known for creating innovations that make a better world," said McKeithan. "The company's customer-centric focus is backed by experienced engineers, manufacturers, and a service capability worldwide that truly sets the company apart in the marketplace. I am pleased to join the Bühler Aeroglide's management team and I look forward to helping the company exceed growth projections."

Bühler Aeroglide manufactures dryers, ovens, roasters, toasters, and hot air expansion systems for the food, feed, and industrial product markets.
