The Armor Group Acquires Processall

The Armor Group Inc. has acquired the assets of Processall Inc., located in Woodlawn, OH.

This acquisition will add a new product segment of industrial mixers, dryers, and reactors to Armor’s diverse line of industrial equipment. Armor plans to grow this business from a niche market to a more diverse multi-industry market by adding to the product line and reaching out to new customer segments. Production will move from Woodlawn, 15 miles north to Armor’s corporate headquarters in Mason, OH. The corporate campus in Mason includes a 315,000-sq-ft, ISO 9001:2008-registered manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

“Armor is very excited about this acquisition,” said Dave Nelson, Armor corporate president. “We see this as a very complimentary business to our other manufacturing businesses at Armor. We are eager to hit the ground running and grow this business into new markets.”
