American Custom Drying Achieves Safe Quality Food Certification

American Custom Drying Co. (ACD) has successfully completed SQF Edition 7.1 Level 2 Food Safety Certification for its Burlington, NJ manufacturing facility.
       
Adam Cabot, chief executive officer, advised that SQF (Safe Quality Food) is “based on the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) established in 2000 by the international food manufacturing community.” According to Cabot, “ACD earned certifications in two food sector categories, 10: Dairy food processing and 19: Food ingredient manufacturing. SQF certification, coupled with existing ISO, Kosher, Halal, and Organic certifications, joins ACD to a select group of global food manufacturers.”
       
ACD offers the global food, beverage, nutritional, and chemical industries more than 45 years experience manufacturing custom ingredients by spray drying, toll blending, and bulk packaging.
