Nilfisk-Advance is strengthening its position in the industrial market in the UK by acquiring British dealer Industrial Cleaning Machines (ICM), a Wolverhampton-based company specializing in the service, hire, and sales of industrial cleaning machinery. The acquisition of ICM is expected to contribute to continuous growth in the UK market.
With the acquisition of ICM, Nilfisk-Advance expands its market reach and establishes a strong industrial service capability in the industrial heartland of the UK with a strong potential for growth. ICM has a substantial industrial customer base that will benefit from new opportunities within full Nilfisk product range including the growing Nilfisk outdoor business.
