A new app developed by Chicago Blower is designed for engineers and fan users. Quick and easy to use, it is available on the Google Playstore and Apple’s App Store, and can be downloaded on any Android or Apple device.

In addition to basic fan laws, the app is equipped with application formulas, temperature and altitude correction factors, duct friction loss, tip speed, and corrections for density. Other calculations include area and circumference, displacement to velocity, and amps to HP.

The app can be used internationally as the formulas and factors can be run through the Metric-to-English converter. As a convenience each of Chicago’s product bulletins and manuals can also be downloaded. Chicago customers and representatives have access to the Order Tracking System to follow fan production schedules, confirm shipping dates, and track shipment information.
