The right equipment makes it easier to comply with sanitation standards. The Sanitary CI Series rotary airlock valve with Quick-Clean RotorRail is designed to speed up the process of cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting valves and to reduce the chances of contamination.

The RotorRail rail system provides access the valve’s rotor and internal surfaces in a single step, with no tools required. When you’re done cleaning, this design ensures the rotor and endplate align accurately during reassembly.

With smooth internal surfaces and 304 or 316 stainless steel housings, the Sanitary CI’s construction and materials also promote sanitation, speed up cleaning, and prevent buildup inside the valve. The Sanitary CI Series is a square-flange model, but it has a round-flange counterpart, the Sanitary MD Series.
