DDV Dust Duty Valve

The DDV dust duty valve comes with a robust cast housing designed for greater capacity. The split packing ring design allows the user easy maintenance with no valve disassembly. A direct connected drive with an oversized gearbox eliminates the need of chain maintenance. Units can be specifically applied to the material conveyed by customizing the rotor with urethane seal strips or utilizing the standard 8-vane beveled rotor. Housings are available in round or square flange pattern to match most collector connections. Each size unit’s computer-generated design provides up to 30% more capacity than standard valve sizes. Six- to 14-in. castings are available in stainless steel and class 35 cast iron.
