Technipes IT Series Valve Bag Packers

Technipes IT Series valve bag packers feature separate electronic net weigh scales for the metering and weighing of product. Both scales and packers are available in various configurations suitable for powders, granules, flakes, or pellets. Packer design and flexibility in configuration promotes faster, cleaner, and more accurate filling. Packers are suited to paper, poly, or woven-poly valve bags, ranging from 20 to 110 lb. Packers may be fully automated with Technipes’ compact Transfer bag placer. Up to four spout systems are possible with
packing speeds ranging up to 1800 bag/hr, with typical precision between ±2-3 oz. Two sealing options are offered, including on-spout ultrasonic sealing and the patented high-speed in-line sealer positioned downstream of the packers.
