Open-Mouth Filler

The Topline 2000 provides high-speed filling of granular products like pet food, rice, seed, salt, fertilizer, plastic pallets, and more. The machine is designed to fill these and other bulk products into open-mouth bags made of paper, polyethylene, or woven polypropylene bags. The system fills up to 1800 bags/hr. It uses one filling spout and two net weighers, and has a vertical bag magazine, saving floor space. The system’s servo-driven motors are automatically switched on and off depending on the chosen bagging process. System handles small bag overlaps and bags made with thin and tear-resistant materials.
