Material Master Bulk Bag Discharging System

The patented Material Master bulk bag discharging system features an electric chain hoist and Spider-Lift bag lifting frame. The design features no tube penetrations and welded stand-offs for conduit and electrical enclosures to allow enough clearance for cleaning. Horizontal tubes on structure will be turned 45° into a "diamond pattern" or will be round tube to reduce ledges where material can accumulate. Bolt flanges feature product debris shields as well. Upper frame cross supports and monorail feature sloped surfaces tops for easier equipment wash down. The stainless steel bulk bag support pan is welded to equipment framework for enhanced operator safety and bag stability. The stainless steel Seal-Master bag spout access chamber features “gull wing” doors allowing optimal access to bulk bag discharge spout tie.
