CE 446 Durable Case Erector

The CE 446 durable case erector automatically selects, erects, squares, and seals the bottom flaps of regular-slotted (RSC) and half-slotted (HSC) corrugated cases at speeds up to 20 cases per minute. Changeover can be accomplished in under three minutes, maximizing production time and increasing throughput. The CE 446 features Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC control with diagnostic capabilities, reducing downtime and making the machine simple to operate. Opposing vacuum cups in the erecting station allow the CE 446 to separate the case as it is erected, effectively breaking the case score lines.
