Bulk Box Filling & Weighing Systems

These bulk bag and box (IBC) filling and weighing systems are engineered and constructed using rugged designs for long life and reliability under the most severe operating conditions. The system shown automatically de-nests bulk boxes from stored position and reassembles for filling, indexes to filling/weighing station, where the lid is automatically placed before the IBC is staged for pick-up by fork truck. Fill bulk bags, tote boxes, and drums with dry free-flowing materials. Pallet dispenser, pallet squaring, right angle, and inline transfer conveyors, combined with PLC controls, provide operators the greatest speed and automation available. Electronic load cell weighing assures accurate weights in either gross or net weigh applications.
