Bulk Bag Filling Station 2617

The Model BB101 bulk bag filling station is designed as an easy-to-operate “workhorse” bulk bag filler. The user-friendly IDS440HS weigh indicator/controller is used with a sealed platform scale in which the frame is welded to. An adjustable shelf is used to be able to adjust up and down for various height bags. A roller slide gate is used to make a quick cutoff when weight is reached, and has quick-release strap bars. The BB101 also uses an inflatable sleeve and double wall spout for dust containment and collection. The unit is rated at 6–12 bags/hr, with weight accuracy of ¼ of 1% (2 sigma) with proper fluidization of material and uniform head pressure.
