Column Blender

Designed to receive, lock, lift, and blend an IBC, the column blender allows a homogeneous blend of multiple ingredients without the worry of segregation and cross contamination by eliminating the need to transfer material to and from other machines. Designed with cGMP in mind, the column blender can easily be adapted for future IR scanning. This line of equipment is completely electronic, making the machine more reliable, trouble-free, and smoother operating than conventional hydraulic or pneumatically powered units. All lifting is accomplished via a ball screw jack design, making it inherently safe and accurate. The column blender offers no leakage, no motion creep, and less maintenance.
