Clean-Flow Series Flexible Screw Conveyor

The Clean-Flow series flexible screw conveyor is well suited for food-grade or sanitary applications. The new key refinements include:

• A single-piece conical design that virtually eliminates seams and corners – making it easy to clean
• A single, quick-release retaining ring to secure the top access cover
• A gearbox that is positioned away from the discharge to deter any lubrication from making its way into the customer’s process

The Clean-Flow is available in two configurations: Clean-Flow (food-grade) version - with a conventional J-bolt auger connection within the discharge and a food grade finished auger and interior surfaces; Clean-Flow A (sanitary) version – with a high polish finish throughout and no fasteners within the exposed product contact area.
