Clean-Flow Flexible Screw Conveyor

Well suited to food-grade or sanitary conveying applications that include a wide range of very fine to coarse powders, flakes, granules, pellets,  irregular-shaped, and difficult-to-handle bulk solids. Advantages include a conveyor that can be disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled in a short period of time to allow for quick changeover, thus increasing overall productivity. The conveyor is equipped with tool-less quick release compression couplings and tri-clamp connection clean out ports to allow for the quick and easy sanitation of all conveyor components and the elimination of product cross contamination. To aid in sanitation, all threaded fasteners have been eliminated from the product zone and the gearbox drive assembly is positioned 4 in. from the discharge to deter lubrication from making its way into the process. The Clean-Flow series ranges in size from 2.5 to 8 in. in diameter, depending of the required capacity.
