Side-Load, Lift & Seal Hydraulic Container Dumping and Filling System

This unit accepts, seals, rotates, and discharges containers of material at 84 in. above floor level and offers a 5500-lb capacity. The pivot carriage docks to the filling station support frame for a contaminant-free discharge. Once filled, the receiving hopper is then densified and ready for removal. The unit features a tubular frame construction with continuous welds. Equipment includes flattened and expanded metal machine guarding with load side safety sensors. These units are custom designed for specific application requirements.
