Material Transfer Names Director of Operations

Material Transfer & Storage (MTS), an industry leader in the custom design and manufacture of bulk bag filling, conditioning, and discharging systems, has promoted Nathan Schafer to director of operations.

In this new role, Schafer will be responsible for the strategic planning of operations, high-level risk management, and daily operations analysis. He will focus on enhancing productivity and increasing profitability by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve our companywide goals.

Schafer has been an integral part of the MTS operations department for many years and has exhibited exceptional dedication, which has led to significant improvements in the overall efficiency of the company’s operations. Schafer has demonstrated his technical expertise by fulfilling additional IT duties companywide.
