Rotary Feeders

These rotary feeders are available in various sizes for a range of applications from feeding large chunks of limestone to the cement raw mill or wood waste to a boiler. On a large scale, the PMCA-48 (weighing 11,900 lb) features a 1.25-in.-thick barrel with 1-in.-thick rotor vanes, both of Tribraze AR-500 alloy steel. To feed high-volume cement processes, it moves 39.5 cu ft of material per revolution (CFR). Each feeder has an extra-thick barrel designed to be rebuilt many times before requiring replacement. Optional feeder mounting frames are available, along with tee-injectors, upper and lower transitions, RH and LH rotor helix, and a variety of knives – all custom designed to fit your line size and center lines. Feeders can be designed to exact size specifications.
