Specializing in fine powder processing, CMS’s highly energy-efficient air swept classifier system is offered in 3-600-hp and turn key models. Durable and fully customizable, this system goes as fine as 10 micron (particulate size is easily adjustable without shutdown to produce fine or coarse products). This CMS system is easy to clean, maintain, and operate. The mill grinds and classifies the product simultaneously producing narrow distributions, and since the mill chamber is “air swept” the grinding temperature remains low. CMS custom designs each system to grind your product at peak performance with less energy consumption resulting in an affordable, reliable system.
