Pneuvac vacuum conveying systems are ideal for long distance conveying and when product degradation is a concern. Capabilities include vacuum conveying of up to 6000 lb/hr of material at distances up to 300 ft. Spiroflow vacuum conveyors assure dust-free operation since the product is conveyed under vacuum within the conveying line and any leakage is into, rather than out of, the conveyor. This makes the equipment especially suitable for transferring hazardous materials and pharmaceutical preparations. The equipment is designed to meet sanitary standards and is designed for easy dismantling if thorough cleaning between batches is required. Materials can be sucked directly from bags, drums, or kegs and transferred to process machinery.
