Sanitary Bulk Bag Fillers

PPS offers standard and custom bulk bag filling designs to accommodate any type of dry powder, from basic manually operated fillers to fully automated filling systems. All designs allow the fill spout height to be adjusted independently from the strap height, allowing the filler to accommodate a wide range of bulk bag styles, spout, and strap lengths for plug-free filling. Options include bag inflation and dust extraction, metal detection and magnet separation, automated sampling, powder densification, plastic liner heat sealing, shuttle and trolley systems to move bags, warehouse pallet handling, and stretch wrapping. Fillers are available in carbon and stainless steel construction, and various levels of sanitation (including USDA/Dairy accepted).
