Easy to install and set-up, the weigh feeder control module mounts directly into an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1500 or CompactLogix chassis and supports Add on Profile set-up. Used in new feeder control applications, retrofitting inaccurate volumetric feeders, and replacing outdated controllers in gravimetric systems, the single-scale HI 1769-FC is a powerful building block that works with the PLC rack I/O to control many devices such as augers, vibratory and belt-based feeders, as well as proprietary feeder designs. Features include automatic weight and rate processing, Waversaver signal conditioning to ignore system vibrations, Integrated Technician®diagnostics and troubleshooting, and C2 electronic calibration when used with Hardy Advantage load cells.
