VF-2000 Series Volumetric Feeder

The VF-2000 Series volumetric feeder is a heavy-duty belt system designed to feed FFS and open-mouth baggers with hard-to-handle applications. The VF-2000 is equipped with reliable product level detectors and a two-speed belt conveyor driven through a pneumatic clutch-brake. A motorized leveling device ensures a constant delivery of product into the bag. The VF-2000 Series volumetric feeder is designed to handle products such as bark, compost, mulch, peat moss, soils, wood shavings, etc. It is built with quality components for easy and low cost maintenance, and built for continuous operation under tough industrial working conditions. Features include: a vertically adjustable leveling device for maximum production rate; a leveling device using rubber stars (or chains for very hard-to-handle products).
