Fluidized Tube Feeder

The fluidized tube feeder is used for transporting free flowing materials a relatively short distance, and is primarily used to transfer material from a surge bin into a scaling or weighing operation. Material is conveyed using a series of fluidizing nozzles and pneumatic vibration devices. The material transfer rate can be varied depending on each individual application, and all units are designed with both a fast and trickle feed setting to insure accurate material weighing. Each dense flow fluidized tube feeder is custom designed, can handle anything from highly abrasive materials like sand, down to more forgiving materials like lime and flour.
