Rota-Cone Vacuum Dryers

Rota-Cone vacuum dryers are used for drying free-flowing, friable, or heat-sensitive solids to low moisture levels. For high-temperature drying applications, the Rota-Cone can be heated to 600°F. The addition of a liquid spray and pin agitator provides vacuum coating and granulation processes. Working capacities range from 0.1 to 400 cu ft. Complete systems are provided including boosted vacuum, solvent recovery, and thermal heating packages. Options exotic alloys including Hastelloy and Inconel, lump breakers, solids sampling, automated drum loading and unloading, gas purging, and PLC controls.
