Typical duties are drying under vacuum, mixing, liquid or gas injection into the batch, and can be carried out with absolute precision. Cone screw dryers can dry down to the lowest levels of moisture content and gently handle the product to avoid damage to the most sensitive materials, deliver high mixing accuracy without segregation during discharge. They also require the least amount of energy consumption to operate.
