In-Line Sifter

The QA24 in-line sifter was developed for small to moderate production volumes and to provide an economical quality assurance and HACCP system for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical operations. The unit features Third Party Verification of conformance to BISSC standards for the design and construction of equipment used in the baking industry. It provides the same Tru-Balance drive and pneumatic sieve compression system as the company’s larger in-line sifters. The QA24 can be inserted directly into a vacuum- or dilute-phase pressure pneumatic conveying system, eliminating the need for additional equipment. A single person can easily dismantle the unit for inspection, maintenance, or cleaning.
