Tissue products maker Select Products Holdings has selected a location in North Carolina for a new, $4 million facility. The North Carolina Department of Commerce recently announced that the new facility in Henderson, NC will help the company meet rising demand.

“We are excited about the opportunity in Vance County and Henderson in specific. We found the perfect storm of creative incentives, a ready potential work force, and an excellent building in our target geographic region,” Select Products Holdings Chief Executive Officer Nick Galante said in a release. “Select had investigated over 100 sites in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia in addition to North Carolina and the positive combination of factors resulted in the Henderson product.”

The company is slated to receive a performance-based grant of $350,000 from the One North Carolina Fund to assist with the expansion to Vance County. Select Products Holdings’ facility in Henderson will create 73 new jobs with an average annual salary of $40,152.

Select Products Holdings currently has operations in Vandling, PA and Huntington, NY. The company manufactures a variety of paper products, including paper towels, napkins, facial tissue, and toilet paper.
