Chemical blending and packaging services firm Seatex Corporation recently completed a project to expand its production capabilities in Rosenberg, TX, the Houston Chronicle reported Tuesday.

Built next to Seatex’s 320,000-sq-ft plant on Highway 36 North, the newly-erected 40,000-sq-ft structure will be used to manufacture fertilizers, according to the newspaper. The building was designed and constructed by KDW.

Seatex, which is also headquartered in Rosenberg, invested about $6 million into the expansion project, information on the firm’s website said. The company offers a variety of services including private label packaging services for liquid and powder chemicals, toll manufacturing, and chemical compounding.
