With its proposed merger with Dow Chemical Co. looming, DuPont Co. reported a $253 million loss in the fourth quarter of 2015. It was the first quarterly loss for DuPont in seven years.
DuPont reported losses in all six of its business units in all regions. The company said one of the main reasons for the decline was weak demand for its agricultural products.
