Group Four Merges Next Systems Division with MTI Weigh Systems

Expanding its commitment to provide innovative services and solutions to the weighing industry, Group Four is merging its Next Systems division with MTI Weigh Systems Inc., bringing Group Four’s industry-wide recognized service delivery and customer support to the scale distributor, replacement part, and end-user weighing and measurement markets.

“This merger extends our ability to respond to our customers’ requirements with product quality, value engineering, and manufacturing innovation,” said Group Four CEO Robert Gray. “We are also happy to welcome Christopher Varrecchione to the Group Four team as president of Next Systems, where he will be responsible for sales, marketing, and strategic planning.”

Prior to joining Next Systems, Chris was president and owner of MTI Weigh Systems, an industry leader in the end-user and replacement part market. He brings 18 years of sales and application engineering experience to Next Systems and Group Four. “I am excited and optimistic about the direction of Next Systems Inc.,” said Chris. “Group Four has recruited the most knowledgeable and respected professionals in the weighing industry. Group Four Transducers Inc. is a quality-driven designer and manufacturer of load cell products for the scale and weighing industry.
