This direct-drive 10-in. rotary airlock valve maintains an airtight seal with a cyclonic dust collector, while automatically feeding bulk waste into hoppers or transfer blowers, ensuring peak airflow performance and reduced labor costs.

Helical drive, US-made 0.25-hp high-efficiency gear motor controls the flow of material from the collector via a steel and rubber rotor. Ideal for use with 5-hp and larger dust collection systems. At 30% loading, operating capacity is 5.5 cu ft/min; at 100%, it is 18.5 cu ft/min.

Available in 230-volt, single- or three-phase power, the valve runs at a slower rotational speed (13 rpm) than competitive products for reduced energy usage, quieter operation, and less wear and tear on the motor and airlock seals. Constructed from fully seam welded, cold rolled steel with powder coat finish, the valve’s long lifespan rubber paddle wipers can be easily replaced.
