The XL Chamber prevents product spills from entering a facility, as it is not part of a storage hopper, but is an interface for bag connection and operator protection only.

Rotary airlocks are often incorporated into the company’s bulk bag unloading systems. In this application the rotary airlock accomplishes two purposes. First it serves as the airlock between the hopper and the pneumatic conveying line. Second, it acts as a feeder, dispensing the correct amount into the conveying line, preventing overfeeding and line plugs.

Aeration is often provided, with fine particulates, to ensure flow. Vacuum or pressure systems can be supplied.
