ProFlapPlusII Passive Explosion Isolation Valve & Interface Panel

The ProFlapPlusII explosion isolation valve and interface panel is a passive device that self-actuates by the pressure wave created by an explosion inside a vented vessel and prevents flame propagation to upstream processes. The Interface panel is a PLC-based panel that is capable of monitoring and controlling the functions of all versions of ProFlapPlus isolation valves. When accompanied by its explosion relief vents, Fenwal can provide a total passive protection solution, while helping you meet the requirements of OSHA Combustible Dust Directive and NFPA 654. The ProFlapPlusII is ATEX certified for organic and inorganic dusts with KST values up to 300 bar.m/s for duct sizes ranging from 5 to 12 in. in diam, and KST values up to 200 bar.m/s for duct sizes ranging from 14 to 40 in. in diam.
