Meyer Expands Sanitary Valve Line
Wm. W. Meyer USDA-approved Klean-In-Place (KIP) II rotary airlock feeder valve

Wm. W. Meyer has expanded its line of USDA-approved Klean-In-Place (KIP) II rotary airlock feeder valves.

Two new, bigger sizes have been added to its FDA sanitary offering: the 14-in. KIP II with 1.49 CFR and the 16-in. KIP II with 2.36 CFR. This special-purpose valve is suited for pet food, baking, chemical, paint, and powder coating applications.

The redesigned two slide bars offer stability, using linear bearings, and provide maximum support of the rotor while it's pulled out, so the valve can be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected quickly and easily. This feature makes the KIP II ideal when frequent cleaning and sanitary service is required to prevent product contamination. The design also incorporates a self-aligning drive design that eliminates complicated drive handles and an optional drive side removal.

KIP II valves are available with round flanges and standard airlock options, with some available for immediate delivery.
