Booth 1247 - Invented primarily to assist companies who experience problems with butterfly valve or slide valve IBCs, the Manual Cone Valve (MCV) is a manually operated device that is tested and proven to overcome the issues of core flow, particle rolling, and mix segregation during the discharge process.

Designed to handle free-flowing powders used within the food and beverage and chemical sectors, the MCV protects product mixes such as sugar-based drinks powders, 3-in-1 beverage mixes, salt-based food ingredients, and washing powders.

The MCV can be easily retrofitted to any existing flanged IBC outlet, providing a cost-effective way of delivering excellent powder handling capabilities to an entire IBC fleet.
