These rotary valves are offered in large sizes as standard.

Available with infeeds up to 750 mm x 1,200 mm, the large rotary valves permit continuous bulk material transfer with granules, lumps, and chunks in large particle sizes up to 65 mm long without requiring milling or other particle size reduction steps. Concerns for clogging the valve or for air leakage are eliminated even when transferring irregularly shaped materials such as tobacco, wood chips, aggregates, and expanded polystyrene.

Suitable for pneumatic conveying of chemicals, plastics, minerals, and other dry, bulk solids, the large rotary airlock valves also excel in transferring and metering materials with smaller particle sizes such as cement, HDPE, and LDPE plastics at uncommonly high throughput rates in excess of 50 tn/hr.
