The Appcon divert valve is designed to be used in a pressure or vacuum pneumatic conveying system to select from two different convergent or divergent destinations.
Adjustable hard stops allow for precision alignment between inlet and outlet minimizing material degradation and pressure loss. The inflatable seal ensures a tight seal with no air or product leakage as is typical in flap and plug diverters. The divert head is designed for tool-free disassembly and ease of cleaning. Cleaning fluid may also be flushed through the valve to clean-in-place (CIP) providing customers maximum flexibility to clean in whichever way fits their process best.
