Ultra Tech Pipe has hired Clyde Underwood as national sales manager. Underwood will assume all responsibilities for the company’s sales growth, including managing the inside sales department and directing marketing efforts.
Underwood will work out of the 110,000-sq-ft manufacturing facility, which includes various abrasive-resistant pipe raw materials. The plant produces about 400,000 ft of pipe per year, plus thousands of system components. Headquartered in Port Washington, Wisconsin, Ultra Tech is a leading manufacturer and supplier of complete abrasion-resistant pumping systems.
Underwood has more than 40 years of worldwide experience in construction-, mining-, oil-, and energy-related business. He holds a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University as well as a BA in Business and Science, Mechanical Engineering.
