The Definer is a versatile, ultra-sanitary mill with the processing capabilities of several mills in one. The machine is easy to clean and can be disassembled and reassembled in a matter of minutes. Its compact body measures 5 in. from inlet to outlet. A straight flow-through product path eliminates the possibility of hang up or accumulation in hoppers and simplifies installations.
